A clear note about supplies
Package prices cover Holden Social Co.’s design, planning and styling services. Décor materials, flowers, balloons, rentals, printing and other event supplies are additional and are billed at cost plus a 25% sourcing and handling fee. You will approve the materials budget before purchases are made.

The finer details
Booking
A 30% nonrefundable retainer reserves your date. Events booked within 30 days require a 50% retainer.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Additional labor
Lead designer $85/hour; additional styling staff $45/hour.
Travel & teardown
Travel is $1.25/mile outside the 20-mile service area. Teardown starts at $250; late-night teardown starts at $400.
